H.E.A.L Program
Through the H.E.A.L. (Healing Enrichment and Learning) Program, Soaring Phoenix provides out-of-school learning experiences for underserved children, including diverse learners and students experiencing homelessness. Offering activities such as martial arts, meditation, chess, nutrition, somatic movement, poetry, journaling, and life skills training, the program bridges critical gaps in academic, emotional, physical, and personal growth.
The H.E.A.L. Program is made possible through the generous support of our community partners, including contributions from local businesses, grant funding provided by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families in partnership with the Regional ACEs Collaborative’s Healing Our New Jersey Communities Microgrant, and the in-kind support and outreach of the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Regional School District. This collective support enables us to deliver transformative programming that fosters resilience, healing, and growth for underserved youth, families, and communities.
